With a background in business development, sales, and marketing, Jenny has succeeded in identifying market opportunities and growing businesses within various business sectors. Although Jenny is not a trained musician, she recognized that holistic music education and casual performance opportunities meet a need in this community—where conservatory training targets a more formal approach.
Her instincts were correct and Music Compound continues to grow and delight students of all ages and abilities through camps, lessons, concerts, and special events.

Jenny is an active volunteer for organizations that address cancer research, children's issues, and mental health. She is committed to her community and has launched several initiatives
including the hugely successful Rock Your Summer Reading program that was started during COVID to promote local businesses and to encourage literacy through summer reading challenges.
Music Compound has donated nearly $100k to its local community since launching in 2016.
